At its meeting held on 29 March 2023, the Board of Directors of SBM Holdings Ltd has approved the payment of a dividend of 20 cents per share for the financial year ended 31 December 2022 to all shareholders registered at the close of business on 16 May 2023. The dividend will be paid on 15 June 2023 subject to regulatory approval.

The shares of the company will be traded cum-dividend up to the market day of 11 May 2023 and ex-dividend as from 12 May 2023.
